My husband Theo and I are in the process of moving into the new home recently built by your company in Benalla. 

We have been, from the beginning, extremely impressed with the courtesy, help and professional competence exercised by all those involved, and in particular wish to record our thanks to Peter Van Someren. Peter has done a quite remarkable job - nothing was too much trouble and such minor matters as there were, were concluded without dispute or upset. We add our view to that which we are sure you already hold that Peter is an exceptional member of your staff. 

Last but not least we also thank our New Home Consultant and Colour Consultant who too gave excellent service, friendliness and support. Your company is to be congratulated on a job well done, within time and with none of the trauma frequently associated with such a project.

Our initial contact was with your New Home Consultant, Graeme Hargreaves and from day one he proved himself to be very reliable, showing great initiative and genuine interest in customising your Rochester plan to suit our budget and needs. He showed no hesitation in putting us in touch with previous and current Davis Sanders clients all of whom happily chatted about the positive Davis Sanders experience. This was of course very encouraging for us and testament to Graeme’s ability to build positive rapport with his clients - past and present. 

We now wish to provide Davis Sanders with some honest feedback of our own. In our personal dealings with Graeme Hargreaves we found him to be very professional, consistent, very approachable and responsive to our needs. 

We have owned the land in Hidden Valley for almost five years and have made substantial enquiries and payment deposits with several builders for initial consults and sketch plans. None have been able to show patience and stamina in realizing our vision. Graeme Hargreaves has achieved a mammoth task not only in turning our vision into reality but in bringing us through to the finish line as only a true dedicated professional can. We will always be grateful for Graeme’s extraordinary assistance whereby he often went above and beyond his normal call of duty ― he made significant input in the design of the master ensuite and patiently discussed numerous variations and costings overall. 

We also wish to acknowledge our building supervisor, Peter Van Someren. During our many construction visits, several contractors commented on how lucky we were to have Peter managing our project. Peter was very organised in keeping to schedule and ensuring quality along the way.

Peter was very approachable and open to further changes during the construction period. He proved reliable and dependable in organising meetings with trades people and himself. There is no doubting the quality of the people you use. They were all very approachable with a strong focus on quality work.

This is the third house we have had built and our experience with Davis Sanders is the most satisfactory on a far superior level.

Graeme commented during the design phase that our house had exceeded the record for the most changes made to one of your original designs. It is with great pleasure that we can report the final outcome exceeded our expectations.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank you and the team from Davis Sanders for my wonderful new home. I was very unsure and untrusting when I came to see you, however after meeting with you, you restored my confidence that all builders were not the same.

It was no trouble for you to alter the plans of a house I liked to suit my family’s needs and we were at contract stage within 3 weeks just as you promised. Katrina your Colour Consultant was great, spending the entire day with me turning a house plan into my home. I did not feel rushed and her expertise made the day both fun and exciting.

Once on site things moved very quickly and the Peter the building supervisor was very approachable and professional. He gave me a handover date very early on and my house was built in 15 weeks and exactly on time with no hidden extra costs.
I approached all of the tradies whilst on site and every one of them spoke highly of the company and many had worked for you for many years which showed in their high standard of work.
