We have just come inside from having our evening meal on the ‘deck’ of our wonderful new home so I felt compelled to write and let you know how thrilled we are with the end result. (The concrete was poured today really setting it off.)

We are so glad we took the advice from Andrew Cameron with his recommendation (to design and build with Davis Sanders Homes.)

The job ran so smoothly and professionally, thanks to the expertise of Peter Van Someren. I should not pick out individuals as you all did a great job but felt he was worth a special mention. Please pass on our thanks to all the ‘tradies’ that were involved.

We already have had a stream of visitors to inspect and to say the least, all are very impressed.

Once again thanks for helping us fulfil a lifetime dream.

For people like me, building a house is a major undertaking and often requires a lifetime of payments to actually own the building. This often results in suspicion, anxiety and nervousness during the building process. However, as they say ‘the proof of the pudding is in the eating’.

Although we are going through a particularly trying time with the drought and the dry conditions and all this is impacting on buildings our house has stood the test and developed no major cracks or movement. I can only attribute this to good building practice.

We continue to be delighted with our Davis Sanders Home and I would like to tell this to anyone. You and your staff do an excellent job and work hard in a very competitive world. Once again a big thank you and I hope I was not too hard to deal with during the building process.
