Your journey begins with an obligation free consultation with our Sales Consultant to discuss your requirements, objectives and budget. This includes a free site inspection, appraisal for home siting, energy efficiency and preliminary costing.
Site Analysis
Your building site will undergo a detailed analysis to maximise its benefits and assist you and the designers in creating the right home for the environment and your lifestyle. This includes your independent soil testing and classification.
Choices
With Davis Sanders Homes you have the choice of using our Design Service to create an individually designed Signature Home, or choose a plan from our Freedom, Freedom Country or Advantage Range of homes. We give you choices to suit your lifestyle and your budget.
Full Service
Our complete In-house Service includes the full use of our Building Designers, Draftspersons and Colour Consultants. All our plans can be changed to suit your particular needs or you can start from scratch in designing your own home.
Design
The process of design starts with a personal consultation with one of our award winning Building Designers, who will analyse your building site, prepare your brief, develop your concept plan and prepare final design sketches to your complete satisfaction.
Construction Drawings
Your project documentation is further developed by our experienced draftspersons, estimators and energy raters to prepare a full set of construction drawings, specifications and final project costing.
Fixed Price, Fixed Time Contract
We guarantee a fixed price and fixed time on the construction of your home. The price will only vary if you decide to make changes during the building process. Our fixed-price contract gives you peace of mind, so that you know there are no nasty surprises down the track. We want you to be fully satisfied with every aspect of the design and cost before committing to the next step.
Colour Consultants
Our Colour Consultants will assist you with brick selection, tiles, paints and laminates, guaranteeing that your home reflects your individuality from the exterior architectural detail to the interior fittings and finishes.
Documentation
Your contract documentation, permit applications and associated fees for insurances, warranties, engineering plans etc are included in the contract price and handled by us.
Building
The Building begins under the constant project management of your Building supervisor. He will ensure the hassle free progress of construction to completion, on time and on budget. You will find our Supervisors competent, helpful and always available to keep you informed.
Guarantees
As members of the HIA (Housing Industry Association), Davis Sanders Homes comply with all the industry standards with regard to Home Owners Warranty and the Building Guarantee.
Follow-up
The service doesn’t stop the day you move in. There will be a 3-month maintenance check by your building supervisor to ensure a smooth transition into your new home.
